Write a simple contract that calls the function in V2 Core, and we ask the recipient (using the Sablier UI) to approve this contract as an NFT operator. Then, ask the recipient how often they would like the withdrawals to be made, and ask them to confirm that they would be happy with the service fees.

This is a feature that requires full-stack development: contracts, frontends, and web2 backends (for running cron jobs).
